Agreement to these terms
Mavid LLC dba Mavid Business Solutions (“Mavid Business Solutions,” “we,” “our” or “us”) provides business software, integration services and business coaching. By using this website, submitting a form, or buying or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Mavid LLC was formerly known as Madd About Art LLC. A change of the company’s registered name is pending with the state. Mavid Business Solutions is a trade name (dba) of Mavid LLC.
A written quote, proposal, order form or subscription agreement for a specific engagement (a “Quote”) may add terms. If a Quote conflicts with these terms, the Quote controls for that engagement.
Our services
We provide the following services, all delivered digitally or remotely:
- Software: online access to business software, including CRM by Mavid Business Solutions at crm.mavid.solutions, provided as a subscription service.
- Integrations: remote setup and configuration work that connects business tools, as described in a Quote.
- Business coaching: live coaching sessions by video call or phone.
We do not sell or ship physical goods. Nothing is shipped to you; all services are delivered online, by video call or by phone.
Eligibility
Our services are offered to businesses and to individuals acting for a business. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Quotes, purchasing and payment
- Consultation: you contact us and we discuss your needs, at no cost.
- Quote: we send a written Quote describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms.
- Payment: when you accept the Quote, we invoice you. Payment is made online by card through our third-party payment processor, or by another method stated on the invoice. Unless the Quote says otherwise, invoices are due on receipt.
- Onboarding: after payment, we provide software access, begin the project or schedule sessions.
Subscriptions. Software subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example monthly or yearly, as stated in your Quote) and are charged to your payment method on file until cancelled. Prices are the ones stated in your Quote. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
If you have an account, keep your login details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.
You may not use our website or services to break the law; send spam or messages without the recipient’s consent; violate telecommunications, messaging or privacy rules; infringe anyone’s rights; upload malicious code; or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or end access for violations.
If you use our software to send texts, emails or calls to your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining their consent and complying with the laws and carrier rules that apply to those messages.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into our software. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and support the service. You can request an export of your data while your account is active. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The website, our software, our logos and all related content are owned by Mavid LLC dba Mavid Business Solutions or our licensors. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from our software or content without our written permission. Deliverables created specifically for you under a Quote are yours once paid in full, unless the Quote says otherwise.
SMS / text messaging terms
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, for example by checking the optional text message box on our contact form or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Mavid Business Solutions about your inquiry, appointments, quotes, account and service updates, and customer support.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy and use our services without agreeing to receive text messages.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- You must be 18 or older to opt in.

Coaching disclaimer
Business coaching is general guidance based on your goals and the information you share. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. You make your own business decisions, and we do not guarantee any particular revenue, profit or result.
Legal and export restrictions
Our services are offered to businesses in the United States. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your business and to your use of our services.
Our software and services may not be used, exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. export control laws or economic sanctions, including those administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. You confirm that you are not located in an embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party services that our software connects to (such as phone carriers, email providers, storage providers and payment processors) are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms or the law, or the content and messages you send using our software.
Termination
You can stop using our services at any time, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or for violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
