Questions and answers

What does Mavid Business Solutions do?
We provide business software (including our own CRM, CRM by Mavid Business Solutions), integration projects such as phones, texting, automation and websites, and one-on-one business coaching. Everything is delivered online, by video call or by phone.
Who is behind the company?
Mavid Business Solutions was founded by David Himes, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Northern Kentucky construction contractor who owns Ashes to Artisan Construction & Design and NKY Kitchen Remodelers. The tools we sell were built to run those businesses first. Read more about us.
How much do your services cost?
Every engagement is priced by written quote. We start with a free, no-obligation consultation, then send a quote that spells out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms before you pay anything.
Do I buy the CRM directly from you?
Yes. CRM by Mavid Business Solutions is sold directly to the businesses that use it. You work with the people who build and support it.
Do I own my data?
Yes. You keep ownership of the data you put into our software, you can request an export while your account is active, and files can be stored in your own Google Drive, OneDrive or Nextcloud. See our Terms of Service.
Does the CRM work on my phone and in my browser?
It runs in modern web browsers, including Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari. An Android app is available. An iPhone app isn’t available yet, but the browser version works on iPhone.
Can I keep my business phone number?
In most cases, yes, by porting it. We review the number and your current provider first. See business phones & texting.
Where are you located, and who do you work with?
We are based in Northern Kentucky and work with businesses across the United States. All services are delivered remotely.
Do you sell or ship physical products?
No. All of our services are delivered digitally or remotely, so there is nothing to ship.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and aim to give you a decision within 10 business days. Billing errors should be reported within 60 days. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
