Will automated messages sound robotic?
They use your wording, your business name and merge fields such as the customer’s first name. We review the copy with you before anything is sent.
Do I need the CRM to use your automation services?
Most automations are built in CRM by Mavid Business Solutions. If you use other tools, we can often connect them with webhooks or APIs as an integration project.
What if something stops working?
Each workflow has a history you can review, and we support you by email and phone.
